How to Wear a Bra With a Gymnastics Leotard

First, choose the right bra. Choosing a bra that compliments the style of your leotard is critical.

If you have a racerback leotard, wear a racerback bra.

If you're wearing a scoop back leotard, choose a bra with a straight across back straps that aren't crossed.

If you have a high back leotard, any bra style will work.

Straight-across back with crossed straps or racerback styles can be hidden well under a high back leotard.

The straps will stay in place and won't "peek" out.

If at all possible, choose a sports bra that can be pulled over your head. Regular bras with clasps in the back, often form visible bumps under your leotard and can be painful if you land on your back.
